Pizza – it’s one of the most frequently consumed foods of college students. With that said, there are numerous pizza restuarants throughout Auburn. With there being so many, it could be an expensive ordeal for someone venture throughout the city and try every one of them.

Halloween isn’t over after Saturday. In fact, it’s extended until Nov. 11 thanks to Captain Morgan and Mix 96.7.

The radio station is having a contest at different bars downtown. Participants can dress up as Captain Morgan and imitate the Captain Morgan pose for the chance to win a Captain Morgan foosball table. Four foosball tables will be given away to the four winners. Also, winners will earn the title “Captain of Auburn.” Dressing up is optional.

One of Auburn’s frequently shopped grocery stores is getting a facelift—a $1.2 million facelift. Many departments throughout the store are receiving upgrades, having been over a decade since its last redesign.

Kroger on Dean Road has an average of 24,000 to 27,000 customers a week, according to store manager John Moore.

“A lot of that varies because of football traffic or a special event going on in town,” said Moore.

Late night eating -- it’s a dieter’s transgression, yet the desire of late night eaters.

Taylor’s Bakery is serving made-to-order breakfast every Wednesday through Saturday. It starts at midnight and lasts till dawn. The bakery is located in downtown, which makes a short walk for those out on the town.

If you are a big eater, make it known. If you’re not, your meal can be prepared appropriately. “It’s a chef driven kitchen,” said Taylor. “They will make whatever you’d like.”
